{"id":469,"date":"2023-04-11T03:46:40","date_gmt":"2023-04-11T03:46:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.uasd.edu\/?page_id=469"},"modified":"2023-04-16T10:46:21","modified_gmt":"2023-04-16T10:46:21","slug":"state-coordination-committee","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/uasd.edu\/en\/state-coordination-committee\/","title":{"rendered":"State Coordination Committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-post-title\">State Coordination Committee<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>State Co-ordination Committee for Agricultural Education, Research and Extension<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There shall be the Karnataka State Co-ordination Committee for Agricultural Education, Research and Extension for the purpose of effective co-ordination in the activities of all the Agricultural Universities in the State, particularly in relation to teaching, research, extension education and other matters of common interests.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li><strong>The State Co-ordination Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:<br \/><\/strong>The Minister in charge of Agriculture, Government of Karnataka shall be the Chairperson<br \/>The Vice-Chancellor of All Agricultural Universities in the State<br \/>The Directors of Education, Research and Extension of all Agricultural Universities<br \/>Registrars of all the Agricultural Universities in the State.<br \/>The Secretary to Government, Agriculture Department shall be the Member Secretary.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li><strong>Functions of the Co-ordination Committee shall perform the following functions, namely: <br \/><\/strong>Ensuring autonomy of the Agricultural Universities in the state<br \/>Hormonisation of academic programmes and regulations<br \/>Ensuring complementarity and synergy through identification of areas of co-operation in Education, Research and Extension among different Agricultural Universities in the State.<br \/>Suggesting new initiatives and action plans for joint endeavors of the Agricultural Universities of the State and development departments for accelerating agriculture growth<br \/>Resolution of the inter-Universities and University &#8211; State issues<br \/>The Committee shall meet at least twice in a year<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Co-ordination Committee for Agricultural Education, Research and Extension There shall be the Karnataka State Co-ordination Committee for Agricultural Education, Research and Extension for the purpose of effective co-ordination in the activities of all the Agricultural Universities in the State, particularly in relation to teaching, research, extension education and other matters of common interests.
